- The eggs stored in shelves (tablets ) of 24 sold in stores or markets.
- Cooked and shelled eggs in buckets for school canteens, restaurants and hotels.
- Eggs in liquid form of two kinds: white and yolk mixed, or the isolated yolk, sold in cans especially in hotels and restaurants.
- The eggs are stored in racks and incubated for 18 to 20 days to produce chicks.
Some of the chicks raised are sold in markets after 4 to 5 weeks. Beyond the Toundou Ndiamsil area (Ndiamsyl Peye, Ngaye, Senene, Gouye Dokk, Thiaware, Ndougane, Keur Bara, Ndiokane, Pougnar, Ndioudiouf, Gandal, Lala, Sate, Gade, Darou Kane etc.), the weekly markets of Keur Samba Kane (Ndiaraw, Ndiarno), Lambaye (Mekhe, Niahap), Gawane (Pekess) of Touba Toul (Diatogue) are an asset in the vicinity before considering cities such as Khombole, Thieneba, Thies, Dakar, Pikine, Touba, Tivaouane, Gossas, Kaolack, Tamba, Kaye, Bamako etc.
Another part of the hens that is not destined to lay eggs is transformed in slaughterhouses, deplummed and sold as broiler chicken in stores under the labels: Guinaru Yama, Guinaru Muhammad, Guinaru Badji, Guinaru AntaYi, Guinaru jabaruBuur, Fatima's Chicken, Canda Chiken etc.
